About Heritage Hill Partners

Norm Gauthier is the Managing Partner of Heritage Hill Partners, a consulting firm he founded in 1998 to work with individuals and organizations that are committed to improving performance and bottom line results. He has national and global industry experience in human resource management, organizational development, executive coaching, facilitation, and process improvement. His industry knowledge includes information technologies, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, publishing, wholesale/retail and nonprofits.

Norm’s work in the field of organizational development and leadership effectiveness has evolved over a twenty-three year business career. Entering the high tech industry from industrial relations in the early 80’s, he worked with senior executives and management teams dealing with the revolutionary “change” that transformed the Information Technology Industry. Before moving to private industry, his work was in counseling psychology in the areas of behavior transition and rehabilitation services in both private clinic and institutional settings. He has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts with master’s level course work in industrial and organizational psychology.
